Country Hills Massage Therapy (CHMT) first opened its doors in northwest Calgary in 1993 with a focus on providing the best massage therapy treatments to each and every one of its clients. After completing the 2200 hour massage therapy program in Regina, Saskatchewan in 1999, the current owner, Lisa Giffen, took over the practice in 2001. Lisa has expanded the services provided at Country Hills Massage beyond massage therapy to provide a broader and more complete approach to personal health.
Whether you need therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, hot stone massage, cupping, acupuncture, prolotherapy, ozone therapy or naturopathic care, we are here to help!

Please bring your form in with you for your appointment. Alternatively you can arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to fill the form out in the clinic.
SCHEDULE AND APPOINTMENT TIMES
Our clinic is open 7 days a week for your convenience. We are also open all long weekends and statutory holidays with the exception of Christmas Day.
Please do your very best to arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment so that your schedule, and your therapist’s schedules are kept.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Country Hills Massage Therapy, your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you need to change or cancel your scheduled appointment, we require two (2) hours cancellation notice. We understand that there are some situations that are out of your control, but a two hour cancellation policy allows us to accommodate other clients who are waiting for an appointment.
Country Hills Massage Therapy reserves the right to request payment of the scheduled appointment if sufficient notice is not provided. Our therapists are compensated only for completed treatments, and unfortunately, a missed appointment directly affects their income.
